Who is responsible

heed² is a product brand of LUMIQUE Gesellschaft für strategische Managementservices mbH, Südtiroler Platz 2/11, 1040 Vienna, Austria (“we”). We are the controller for the personal data described here. Contact for all questions about your data: ms@lumique.com.

Visiting the landing page

When you open heed², our server processes the technical data every request carries — your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser’s identification — to deliver the page and keep the service secure. This rests on our legitimate interest in running a secure service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are kept for a short time only and are not combined with other data.

The landing page sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and loads nothing from third parties: fonts and all other files come from our own server.

The waiting list

Registration is closed for now. If you leave your email address, we store it to tell you when heed² opens to you — and for nothing else. The basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us; we then delete the address. We delete it in any case once heed² has opened to you or 24 months after you left it, whichever comes first.

Accounts

If you have an account, we process your name, email address and password (stored only as a one-way hash), your session, and what you do in heed²: reactions, answers, notes and your Edges balance. This is necessary to provide the service to you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Signed in, heed² uses one cookie to keep you signed in and, if you choose display settings, cookies that remember them. Your reactions and notes are shown to others only where the product says so.

Where the data is processed

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Write to ms@lumique.com. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Austria the Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at.
